Mentoring Program – 12 Weeks

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 -- Learn about the ways that your workplace beliefs are holding you back from interpreting correctly how to utilize company dynamics to bring you success. You will take a Personal Promotability Test and learn areas of weakness and strength that will become the framework for your own personal action plan.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟰 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 -- Learn which of the stages your career is moving towards, and the compensation, titles and responsibility that follows each category. Further build out your personal action plan and determine the focus areas to finalize your action plan that will move you up and into the next level of your career curve.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟯: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 - Learn why companies are designed to take as much as you are willing to give, and your responsibility in creating the boundaries for work/life/balance that can avoid burnout. .Learn the 10% miracle and how to gain bakc 10% of your time, and how to create an action plan that YOU can control to regain balance without putting your job at risk.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟰: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 -- Working hard isn't enough to accelerate your career. Learn to get honest assessments on your performance that will help you make rapid course corrections that get noticed. From there, learn how to translate your added value into effective pay increase strategies and promotion plans with buy-in from your leaders.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟱: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 -- Power potential is available to all employees. but it lies not in titles, but in those who possess and use data and specialized knowledge that translates into business results. Learn how to speak the language of the business: numbers and data AND learn how to create a proposals and ideas that get across the finish line and build your influence in an organization.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟲: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗮𝘆 -- Chances are, you don’t have a truly accurate view of your performance at work and it’s hurting how quickly you can learn and adjust to improve. Get unstuck by stopping the waiting for honest feedback that won’t come. Instead, drive the process and the power of getting feedback and put it to use in your career.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟳: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 -- Chances are, you think that company politics are the enemy when in fact, they are a permanent fixture in any company, and can be our greatest friend. Learn to read your company ``map`` and value them as a unique fingerprint on how to navigate and get projects across the finish line, and learn to become better collaborators.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟴: 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁: 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 -- Learn models to address high stakes conversations, disagreements, or conflicting opinions without putting your job at risk. Learn to create safety in the conversation, and create fact based conversations that take the emotion out of the equation, and get parties to quick resolution.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟵: 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝘀 -- Learn how to make an ask or proposal that has all of the components to address concerns, and eliminate controversy. Learn what to ask for and how to ask for it in a way that your leader is willing to commit.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭𝟬: 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 -- Learn what informal mentoring looks like and how you can build advocates both in and out of your company who can help move up in your career and help set you up for a next career move that is meaningful.

𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭𝟭: 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗶𝘃𝗼𝘁: 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 -- Learn to move from just following instructions or tentatively making decisions to planning and leading the initiatives that will make the biggest difference in your function.
