Only a limited number of people will be accepted. Those interested must fill out an order form and will be contacted for a private interview to be considered for acceptance into the program. There will be only four small groups accepted for mentorship. They will be grouped into career groups that are similar in stage of growth: Early Stage Career, Mid-level Professionals, Manager/Directors, and Work Gap/Career Pivot.
𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟭: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 -- Learn about the ways that your workplace beliefs are holding you back from interpreting correctly how to utilize company dynamics to bring you success. You will take a Personal Promotability Test and learn areas of weakness and strength that will become the framework for your own personal action plan.
𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟰 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 -- Learn which of the stages your career is moving towards, and the compensation, titles and responsibility that follows each category. Further build out your personal action plan and determine the focus areas to finalize your action plan that will move you up and into the next level of your career curve.
𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟯: 𝗟𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹𝘁𝘆 - Learn why companies are designed to take as much as you are willing to give, and your responsibility in creating the boundaries for work/life/balance that can avoid burnout. .Learn the 10% miracle and how to gain bakc 10% of your time, and how to create an action plan that YOU can control to regain balance without putting your job at risk.

From there, learn how to translate your added value into effective pay increase strategies and promotion plans with buy-in from your leaders.
